1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of The Timeless Story website and related services. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Our content is provided for general informational and editorial purposes. It is not medical, legal, financial, investment or other professional advice. News develops and information may become incomplete or outdated. You should consult an appropriate professional before acting on information that requires professional judgment.
4. Accounts
If account features are offered, you must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law. We may limit, suspend or close accounts reasonably believed to violate these Terms, threaten security or expose us or others to legal risk.
5. Comments and user submissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content for public display, you grant Lidaro Group Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, display and distribute it as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the relevant service. You represent that you have the rights required to submit it.
You must not submit unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, hateful, deceptive, infringing, privacy-invasive, sexually exploitative, malicious or spam content; impersonate another person; publish sensitive personal information without authorization; or interfere with site operation. We may moderate, refuse or remove submissions and restrict access, but we are not obligated to monitor every submission.
6. Intellectual property
The site, its branding, original articles, design and other original material are owned by or licensed to Lidaro Group Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Limited personal, non-commercial viewing and sharing through provided tools is permitted. Except as allowed by law or written permission, you may not reproduce, republish, sell, systematically extract, create a substitute publication from, or remove rights notices from our content.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Lidaro Group Inc. against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the site, your user submission or your material violation of these Terms. This provision does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
13. Changes and availability
We may update, suspend or discontinue features and may revise these Terms. Revised Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights, disputes will be submitted to the courts located in Alberta, Canada.
15. General
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with referenced policies and any service-specific terms, form the agreement concerning site use.
